获取正在运行的 Gateway 的健康状态。

注意事项：

• --verbose 会运行实时探测，并在配置了多个账户时打印每个账户的时间统计。
• 输出结果会包含每个 Agent 的 Session 存储信息（当配置了多个 Agent 时）。
